Automatic Confirmation

Automatically send the confirmation packet when the stop is completed — only if a customer phone or email is available on the delivery ticket (or already on the stop from a roster / import).

How automatic notification gets a phone or email

1. Photograph the ticket

Driver takes the usual proof photo with the printed ticket in frame when it already shows a phone or email.

2. OCR reads contact

We extract the customer phone or email from that ticket image. Optional last-4 confirm if the number is only partly visible.

3. Proof goes out

If contact is found, the customer can be notified automatically. If it is not on the ticket, the office still sends proof on request.

Drivers do not invent a phone number on every stop. Typing is only a fallback for will-call, cash, or brand-new customers when nothing is printed.
